Hangover Supplement

Living Essentials, Walled Lake, MI, has introduced Chaser™, a hangover prevention supplement. According to the company, Chaser absorbs the harmful elements in beer, wine and spirits and traps them before they can do damage. These elements, called congeners, are byproducts of the fermentation process. Chaser’s natural active ingredients— activated calcium carbonate and vegetable carbon—attract congeners and soak them up. Chaser is available in two varieties, Original Chaser and Chaser for Wine Headaches, which contains more of the active ingredients plus a B vitamin.
